Configure Two Exchange Mail IDs In One Microsoft Outlook 2010

Note:- In MS Outlook 2010, you can configure two exchange mail accounts in the same profile. 
But, in MS Outlook 2007, you can't configure two exchange accounts in the same profile. To Configure a second exchange id, you have to create another profile in outlook.

Steps:-

1. Open Control Panel.

2. Open Mail Icon

3. After that, a box will appear. Click on e-mail accounts.

4. As shown in snapshot, there is one exchange account is already there. So we will configure the second exchange e-mail account.

5. Now, under the E-mail tab, click on the (New) button.

6. In the next window, select the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types".

7. Click on the Next button.

8. Select "Microsoft Exchange Compatible Service" and Next.

9. Add mail server address and user id. Then click on next.

10. In the next window, click on the Connection tab.

11. Then click on the checkmark box (Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP).

12. After that click on Exchange Proxy Settings.

13. In the next window, enter the mail server address in the HTTP column.

14. Tick mark on all boxes.

15. In the second blank box, enter the mail server address using prefix (msstd:).

16. Select authentication as per your security policy.

17. Click OK.

18. In the next windows, click on the check name to verify the email id. You will see an underline if your id is verified.

19. Click on Next and Finish.

20. Now your both exchange mail ids are configured.
